Really sad and weird.

They just came out of a big tragedy and here it strikes again !

Vibs, don't you think more research and more minds should go into studying geology and seismology than the research happening for space for example ?
I mean, think about it, we can't even protect regions which don't even lie in high earthquake prone areas.
e.g. earthquakes in Maharashtra (Latur) and Gujarat for example.

I was looking at this map in which earthquake prone areas were marked and the probability of an earthquake in Gujarat is the same as in Bangalore, say.

That leaves a lot of uncertainty.
